Financial Policy

At Smile Dental Care, we are working with you to offer an affordable and safe treatment for all patients. We also offer you a payment plan with care credit for qualified patients. We accept Visa, MasterCards, Care Credit (upon approval) and cash payment. No personal checks are accepted. All payments are due at the time of treatment.

Insurance and Co-payments

We are happy to work with your insurance providers to help you pay for the treatments.

When working with insurance, it is important to note that you are solely responsible for fees and co-payments. Our team is happy to assist you when filing a dental or medical claim, but we ask that you follow our financial policy when payment is due.
